LED Lighting is quality & bright. The wood did and may have minor imperfections, but it’s acceptable (to me). I didn’t do three new holes in ceiling as it’s supposed to. I drilled a new hole in the fixture as close to the middle for one screw to go in the existing octagonal fixture box. I gorilla glued the foam padding on the top of the fixture to try to protect the ceiling from the screws protruding. I’m not sure where the foam padding was actually supposed to go. There are no instructions that come with it. Also, to get the diffuser lens in and out, you want to fold it inward towards the metal fixture/LEDs on the sides & angle it where one side is near the metal fixture and the other side is near opening. Overall, I’m happy with them. I bought three.

Nice light. no installation instructions whatsoever. no idea what the strip of foam was for. it seems to have a problem remembering what light color setting it was set for. sometimes it switches on with the wrong color. I’m using the version with remote. the remote works fine.
