Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

    Came individually packed i a larger bag, together with a few other items. Looking gorgeous! One of the bowls had a little chip of, when shipped, but no cracks so it will still be usable. I think these are really beautiful and look forward to serve in them. My warmest recommendations!

    Tout est bien arrivé à Paris en France. Le plus gros des bols est arrivé cassé sur par le voyage. Sur la photo ils paraissent tous de la même couleur ou presque. Arrivé en France il y en a 1 très sont presque noir un autre très claire et e dernier la couleur est comme sur la photo de présentation. Pour moi cela ne me dérange pas mais le moyen bol est Cassé et le plus gros est fêlé donc inutilisable. Je vous recommande de faire attention en les commandants. livraison un peu lente mais bon…..     Pedí 2 grandes y 2 pequeños. Son de tamaños diversos, normal, son cáscaras de frutas naturales. Sólo 1 inconveniente. El más grande de todos, vino excesivamente fino. Lo pulieron demasiado y apenas tiene grosor. Eso lo hace mucho más frágil. Espero que no se parta pronto.

    They are very thin and they are made of real coconuts, so they shape and size varies a little bit. They look a bit fragile so will have to use them with care.. I don’t think they will last very long before they break, Unless we are very careful and treat them like they are made of crystal.

    Пришла половинка скорлупы кокосового ореха, как и было написано. Не знаю можно ли с неё есть, но конфет насыпать в качестве вазочки на столе вполне можно. Вместимость не более 200мл. В принципе нормально.
